Welcome Maria Rios Martinez
Maria Rios Martinez has joined Helsell Fetterman — a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations, and individuals. Maria is part of the firm’s Business, Real Estate, and Land Use practice groups.
Maria assists businesses through their entire lifecycle from entity formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, to reorganizations, asset and equity transfers, and partnership dissolutions. In her real estate and land use practice, she focuses primarily on real estate transactions, land use, and zoning issues.
Maria provides legal services to individuals, businesses, real estate developers, homeowners’ associations, and real estate professionals in a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes, including in matters involving residential and commercial properties, development and zoning, common interest communities, boundary line disputes and civil real estate partition matters.
Maria obtained her BA in Environmental Ethics and Policy from the University of Portland and her Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law.
Maria is native Spanish speaker.
