Welcome Makenzie Spinks
Makenzie Spinks has joined Helsell Fetterman — a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations, and individuals. Makenzie is part of the firm’s Land Use and Real Estate practice group.
Makenzie joins Helsell Fetterman from a Bend, Oregon law firm where her practice focused on representing clients with their real estate and business needs, from drafting purchase and sale agreements, to litigating disputes over state and federally granted rights of way. At Helsell Fetterman, Makenzie’s practice will focus on legal services to individuals, businesses, developers, homeowners’ associations, and other real estate professionals in a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes.
Makenzie graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Makenzie was an Oregon Law Merit Scholarship recipient and assisted teaching undergraduate law classes. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology.
