New Landlord-Tenant Regulations post-COVID

Environmental Law 101
Review of legal issues that arise during real estate transactions involving contaminated property and options for addressing those issues, including appropriate due diligence. The presentation will cover the applicable legal and regulatory issues, common contract provisions employed to allocate the risk of liability and the responsibility for cleanup before and after closing, and potential funding sources to pay for cleanup.
Find out which bills were passed in Olympia that will impact the real estate industry, including developers, brokers, and landlords. The update will also include an in-depth analysis of the “Missing Middle” legislation and how it will impact cities statewide.
