Stephanie Grassia has joined Helsell Fetterman and will lead the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice group. Stephanie represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving commercial property and casualty claims. She also serves as an expert witness for disputes involving the custom and practice in the insurance industry.
Sam has practiced land use and real estate law in Seattle for over 30 years, most recently as a partner in the law firm Mosler, Schermer & Jacobs. Sam focuses his practice on real estate development issues and representation of housing cooperatives, floating home communities, condominiums, and homeowner associations.

Caitlin has practiced intellectual property and entertainment law in Seattle for the past four years and will be joining Helsell Fetterman’s business law and intellectual property practice groups. Caitlin focuses her practice in trademark and copyright protection, licensing, brand management, privacy issues, internet law, entertainment law, publishing, publicity rights, advertising and dispute resolution.
