Welcome William Enoch


William Enoch has joined Helsell Fetterman — a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations, and individuals. Will is part of the firm’s Land Use and Real Estate and Environmental practice groups.

Will has experience litigating cases involving claims brought under CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and Clear Air Act in federal courts and under Washington’s Model Toxic Control Act in Washington state courts. Prior to private practice, Will clerked for Judge Rich Melnick at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II.

Will graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2018, magna cum laude. While in law school, Will was the Editor-in-Chief for Lewis & Clark’s Environmental Law journal, was a research assistant for professors John Parry and Ed Brunet, and was a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice Trial Division – Civil Litigation Section. Prior to law school, he attended Western Washington University and graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Environmental Science.
