Welcome Troy Nehring
Troy Nehring has joined Helsell Fetterman — a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations, and individuals. Troy is part of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Transactions practice groups.
Troy focuses his practice on business transactions, commercial and technology contracts, corporate governance, and strategic advisory matters. He has more than 20 years of experience advising privately held businesses, founders, executives, and business owners across a range of industries and growth stages. His work includes structuring and negotiating licensing, services, vendor, and confidentiality agreements; advising on entity formation and governance; and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. He also has experience with real estate and leasing matters, as well as employment and independent contractor arrangements.
Troy also represents organizations, developers and regional centers seeking investment through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, advising them on entity structuring, private placement memoranda, limited partnership and operating agreements, and related securities matters.
Troy graduated from Whitman College and earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2001.
