Helsell Fetterman Welcomes Yuriy Korol


Yuriy Korol has joined Helsell Fetterman and will be working in the firm’s  Real Estate and Land Use Group.

Yuriy joins Helsell Fetterman from a Seattle law firm where his practice involved representing clients in a variety of personal injury and construction liability matters. At Helsell Fetterman, Yuriy’s practice will focus on legal services to individuals, businesses, real estate developers, homeowners’ associations, and real estate professionals in a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes, including matters involving residential and commercial properties, developing and zoning, and common interest communities.

Yuriy graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2020 and received his LL.M in Environmental Law in 2021.  While in law school, he was a Land Use and Sustainable Development LLP Graduate Fellow for Pace Land Use Law Center and a legal intern with Pace Energy and Climate Center.  Prior to law school, he attended the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and graduated in 2015 with a UK Master of Arts in Sustainable Development.

Yuriy was born in Belarus and immigrated to the United States as a child.  He natively speaks English and Russian.
