New, Innovative Claims Handling Resource
The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance today launched the first phase of the Claims Handling Guidelines in an innovative wiki format wiki.theclm.org.
The CLM Claims Handling Wiki is the first comprehensive, state-by-state claims handling guide available in the industry. Currently, each state includes claims handling resources along with adjuster licensing information. Additional resources will be added in the future. Helsell Fetterman attorney Karen Kalzer is co-author of the Washington section of the Guidelines. Karen is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) through the Litigation Management Institute at Columbia Law School.
