Helsell Fetterman Welcomes New Associate Attorney Benjamin Nivison
Benjamin Nivison, an experienced commercial litigator, joins the law offices of Helsell Fetterman in Seattle.
Benjamin Nivison has joined Helsell Fetterman LLP as an associate attorney. Mr. Nivison focuses his practice on the representation of individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and products liability litigation.
Originally from Tacoma, WA, Mr. Nivison moved to California in 2000 to pursue his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. After earning his B.A. cum laude in International Relations from USC in 2004, he attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 2007 with an emphasis in Civil Litigation.
Since becoming a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Mr. Nivison has represented a wide range of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Nivison is also committed to meaningful community involvement and the provision of pro bono services. He spends a significant amount of his time working as the Chair-Elect of the Washington State Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Public Service Committee for the Young Lawyers’ Division.
Most of all, Mr. Nivison enjoys the client side of his work. “What I love about my job is that I’m necessarily in the position of helping clients understand and overcome significant challenges. I truly believe that we only succeed when our clients succeed, and that value drives my daily practice,” he commented.
