Helsell Fetterman Welcomes Kevin Khong
Firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation Practice Group Expanded with New Associate
Kevin Khong has joined Helsell Fetterman as an associate in the firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation Practice Group. Kevin is a fourth year attorney and advises clients in matters involving will contests, trust account discrepancies, fiduciary abuse, guardianships and committed intimate relationships.
Kevin graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2013, where he was a member of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Society and teaching assistant for Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, Contracts and Property. Prior to attending law school, he received graduated from the University of Utah in 2009. At Utah, he was on the dean’s list every semester and graduated with Cum Laude honors. He received an Honors Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology.
Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Kevin spent three years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled over 30 bench and jury trials for matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
