Helsell Fetterman Welcomes Caitlin Bellum
Firm’s Business Practice Expanded with Intellectual Property Law Capabilities
Caitlin Bellum has joined Helsell Fetterman as an associate attorney. Caitlin has practiced intellectual property and entertainment law in Seattle for the past four years and will be joining Helsell Fetterman’s business law and intellectual property practice groups. Caitlin focuses her practice in trademark and copyright protection, licensing, brand management, privacy issues, internet law, entertainment law, publishing, publicity rights, advertising and dispute resolution.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in English from North Dakota’s University of Jamestown in 2006, Caitlin enrolled at Thomas M. Cooley Law School the following year. She earned her J.D. in 2009 and her LL.M. in Intellectual Property in 2011. Caitlin was drawn to Helsell Fetterman based on its reputation for exceptional client service, its experienced roster of attorneys, and the firm’s commitment to expanding its intellectual property and entertainment law capabilities. “It feels like a big family.
