Professional Experience

Chris focuses his practice in the areas of business and tax law.  Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Chris was an associate at another Seattle law firm, focusing on business transactions and tax controversies.  Chris delivers a broad range of transactional legal services to individuals, family-owned businesses, and closely held corporations.  He counsels businesses throughout their lifecycle, from formation, corporation governance, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, to reorganizations, asset and equity transfers, and sale. Chris also represents clients in matters with the Internal Revenue Service, Washington State Department of Revenue, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Chris grew up in Shanghai, China.  He moved to the U.S. for his undergraduate degree at Purdue University.  Chris earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family and friends.

谢律师出生在上海，本科毕业于美国普渡大学。他在加州大学Hastings法学院获得法律博士学位，并在华盛顿大学法学院获得税务法学硕士学位。工作之余，谢律师喜爱足球运动以及与家人和朋友共度时光。
