Professional Experience

Sebastian’s practice areas include business and personal transactions along with complex and general litigation, with a primary focus on commercial litigation (including contract and business disputes), real estate litigation, medical malpractice, construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian worked as corporate counsel for an international biotech firm where he negotiated, drafted, and reviewed commercial service agreements, product and patent licensing agreements, asset/share purchase agreements, commercial real property purchase agreements, lease agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. He also facilitated corporate formation of multiple entities in various states which included fulfillment of all federal, state, and local regulatory licensing and registration requirements. Sebastian regularly conducted commercial real property acquisitions, federal contract administration, and federal grant administration. In addition, he provided business development and administrative support, interdepartmental risk management, legal marketing guidance, discovery review, and legal research and writing.

Sebastian received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Washington State University, followed by his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. In law school, he was an Associate Justice on the Seattle University Judicial Board, a board member on the Seattle University Dispute Resolution Board and a Founder of the Seattle University Golf Association.

In his free time, Sebastian enjoys golfing, hiking, flying, and spending time with friends and family.
