Professional Experience

Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. Andrew’s professional career has centered on the legal and regulatory hurdles faced by healthcare providers and professionals. Andrew brings this breadth of knowledge and expertise to finding the optimal resolution to his clients.

Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Andrew worked for the federal government adjudicating Medicare administrative appeals. There, Andrew gained extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment faced by healthcare providers and Medicare beneficiaries. Prior to working in Medicare appeals, Andrew clerked for Special Master Herbrina D. Sanders Young in the Court of Federal Claims Office of Special Masters in Washington, DC and as a fellow with the AARP Foundation – Litigation team.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in his home state of Arkansas at Hendrix College and attended law school at the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. There, Andrew graduated with Honors and served as Articles Editor on The George Washington Law Review.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring new trails on family hikes, baking, running, and rooting for Seattle sports teams.
