NLRB Back on the Move

By /

Last week Jon Minear gave an eye opening talk about the influence and impact of the National Labor Relationship Board (NLRB) on non-union employers. Although much of the NLRB agenda has been thrown into question with the general belief that the Supreme Court will void President Obama’s NLRB recess appointments and thus the decisions made thereunder, expect that the Board will promptly revisit all of those rulings and reinstate them. There is now a fully constituted Board, sufficient for a quorum, a confirmed General Counsel, and an aggressive agenda. But forewarned is forearmed. Employers may want to review Jon’s presentation to get an idea of the issues that will be getting the Board’s attention.
