Probate Associate
Helsell Fetterman seeks an attorney to support high net worth probate matters in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice group. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who looks to take a strategic and leadership role in the matters they support. The soft skills of client and interpersonal relationships are just as important as the hard skills of drafting, writing and research. Working side by side with partners, the candidate will receive practical, real mentorship as they provide quality and effective representation. Successful candidates will have experience in administrating taxable estates, including preparation of trust and estate accountings and tax returns. Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in Washington State.
Washington State Bar membership is a requirement.
