Professional Experience
Rosa is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where she assists clients in tort, contract and real estate matters. Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Rosa practiced law at firms in Seattle and Portland, gaining experience representing clients in matters including personal injury, products liability, contract disputes, fraud, employment discrimination, maritime law, construction law, and general litigation.
Rosa sees litigation as a form of storytelling and welcomes the chance to help her clients piece together their narrative to reach a resolution that fits. Rosa prioritizes collaboration whenever possible to reach early resolution, but doesn’t hesitate to tackle the issues at trial when necessary.
In law school, she served as an extern for Washington State Supreme Court Justice Mary Yu and as a Law Clerk for King County’s Housing Justice Project. She has been recognized as a Rising Star in General Litigation in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Rosa earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Earlham College and her law degree from the University of Washington, where she was named to the Order of the Barristers.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rosa loves running, traveling, the Seattle Mariners, and cats.
