Professional Experience
Kelley has dedicated her legal career -spanning nearly two decades – to estate planning, probate, trust administration, and TEDRA matters. With experience in Washington probate law, she adeptly guides clients through complex legal processes during some of life’s most emotionally challenging times.
She understands that even the most carefully drafted estate plan will not account for the grief and stress that accompany a loved one’s passing. Her clients value her unique ability to provide not only legal advice but also compassionate guidance during periods of loss. She provides thoughtful counsel, strategic action, and commitment to resolving difficult issues.
A presenter for both local and state Bar Associations, Kelley also takes an active role in shaping probate legislation. She has worked alongside lawmakers in Olympia to help improve and modernize Washington’s probate code. In addition to her legal work, she is involved in several charitable organizations and volunteer legal services.
Outside of her practice, Kelley enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter.
