Chance is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group, and his practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions and litigation, land use, and zoning issues.
Chance provides legal services to individuals, businesses, real estate developers, homeowners’ associations, and real estate professionals in a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes, including in matters involving residential and commercial properties, development and zoning, and common interest communities.
Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Chance worked at a Seattle law firm where his practice involved insurance coverage and litigation of first- and third-party disputes involving both contractual and extra-contractual claims.
Chance earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law where he served as the Vice President of the Business and Entrepreneurial Law Association. While attending law school, Chance externed at the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Banks and was a Rule 9 intern for Hughes Robbins P.S.
