Professional Experience

Hannah Lasting initially joined the firm as a summer associate after receiving the 2020 Richard S. White Fellowship. After spending her summer at Helsell Fetterman in 2020, Hannah returned to the firm as an associate in 2021.

Hannah grew up in San Diego, California. She moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree. Hannah received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington in 2017. After graduating from the University of Washington, she spent one year working at a complex class action law firm in San Diego before moving back to Washington to attend law school at Seattle University School of Law.

Hannah earned her law degree, Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2021. Before she joined Helsell Fetterman for her second summer, she spent her first summer of law school as an in-house legal extern. Hannah also served as a member of the Moot Court Board and as the Executive Editor at Large for the Seattle University Law Review.
