Professional Experience

Hannah Driscoll’s practice focuses in the areas of employment and education law, specifically defending schools and employers against discrimination lawsuits, as well as advising employers of best practices. Additionally, Hannah works on personal injury and complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, products liability, and catastrophic injury litigation.

Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Hannah worked at a national firm where she defended clients in employment and civil rights related matters. She defended companies and other employers against federal and state law employment claims in Washington State court, federal court, arbitration, before the EEOC, and the Washington State Human Rights Commission. These claims included employment discrimination based on protected classifications such as age, gender, race, and disability, and lawsuits alleging hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation. Additionally, Hannah brings experience working on the plaintiff side in both personal injury and employment related matters.

A Washington native, Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington and then continued on as a double dawg attending the University of Washington School of Law. When not practicing law, Hannah enjoys hiking, baking, and volunteering in her community.
