Karen Kalzer to Present on Diversity & Inclusion
Karen Kalzer will present on the topic of Diversity & Inclusion – Diversity and Cultural Competence in Claims at the 2015 Claims & Litigation Management Alliance Annual Conference. As the country continues to experience an increasingly diverse population; expanding identity groups include: generational, gender, gender identification, ethnic,cultural, religion, physical abilities and income. This growth brings both richness and challenge to existing perceptions. Karen and her fellow panel mates will discuss lessons learned in dealing wtih diverse poplulations in approaching claims investigations, evaluations and resolution.
