Helsell Fetterman Announces New Associate Kameron Kirkevold

Kameron Kirkevold has joined Helsell Fetterman LLP, a Seattle-based law firm serving businesses, organizations and individuals. Kirkevold is a recent law school graduate with two years of experience practicing Elder Law.

“Kameron showed himself to be a great candidate for our team, and his strong professional experience right out of law school impressed our Of Counsel attorneys Michael Olver and Christopher Lee,” said Scott Collins, managing partner at Helsell Fetterman.

Kirkevold—a native of Yakima, WA—has lived in the Seattle area for the past 12 years. He is actively involved in the local chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and volunteers at the Seattle Elder Law Clinic. Prior to joining Helsell Fetterman, Kameron concentrated on estate planning, wills, trusts and guardianship litigation while working at his father’s firm, Kirkevold Law Offices, Inc. “Joining the Helsell Fetterman team has been very rewarding,” says Mr. Kirkevold. “I am excited to be part of a great team focusing on Elder Law.”

After studying European and Roman History at the University of Washington, Kirkevold graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2008.

As a member of the Elder Law group, Kirkevold enjoys interacting with clients. “I particularly like the field I’m in. I get the chance to help people with difficult legal challenges so they can approach the future with confidence,” he stated.
