Victoria joins Helsell Fetterman as a litigator after practicing at a Pacific Northwest regional firm where she advised businesses and individuals primarily in the intellectual property, employment, and white collar defense practice areas. She also worked in-house at a Seattle tech start-up on the government affairs and legal team, advising on issues from government compliance to international privacy regulations. Victoria currently practices as a member of the firm’s trust and estate and commercial litigation practice groups.
In law school, Victoria competed in the Harold H. Green National Security Law Moot Court Competition. Victoria was the Chief Comments Editor of the University of Washington International Law Journal and a member of the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic. She also externed for the Seattle City Attorney’s Office Torts division.
Prior to law school, Victoria was a Teach for America Corps member in the Las Vegas Valley teaching seventh grade Language Arts.
