PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Scott Collins has been the managing partner
of Helsell Fetterman since 2001.
Mr. Collins law practice has historically focused on disputes and transactions within the maritime industries of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska where he has represented fishermen, suppliers, shipyards, manufacturers, lenders, vessel owners, seafood processors, and salvage companies. Over time his practice has evolved to include employment advice and disputes, warranty and products liability, lawyer ethics and professional responsibility, bankruptcy creditor rights, and general business litigation.
Mr. Collins is admitted to practice in all state, federal and bankruptcy courts in Washington and he has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis in federal courts in Alaska and Oregon.
