PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. White's practice is complex civil litigation. He has handled antitrust cases in many industries. He has also tried cases involving condemnation, products liability, breach-of-contract, tortious interference, Indian rights, and construction disputes. He served as special counsel to the City of Seattle, representing City Light in licensing proceedings for the Boundary and Ross hydroelectric projects; construction disputes regarding Ross Powerhouse and Gorge High Dam; and represented the City Engineering Department in an arbitration of contractor claims on the Tolt Dam Project. He has also represented several other governmental entities as special counsel.
