PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Noble provides counseling and litigation representation in commercial disputes, with emphasis on employment law and practices. He has extensive experience in representing and advising both employers and employees on the full range of state and federal employment laws. He also represents clients on other business issues, including antitrust and trade regulation, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, contracts, securities, fraud, construction, professional negligence, and real property. He has substantial experience in both state and federal courts, as well as with class actions. He has chaired both the firm's Employment Practices and General Litigation groups.
