PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Linden practices in the area of corporate and business representation and real estate transactions. He has helped clients in a variety of transactions and problems for 35 years. These matters have included corporate and enterprise organization, business financing, corporate governance, acquisitions and sales of businesses, financial workout matters, and assistance regarding sales and secured transactions. Mr. Linden has provided real estate assistance to many clients. Transactions have included all types of real estate matters, including the purchase, financing and development of properties and the subsequent sale or leasing.
