PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Connie has more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. She
has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial matters, with an emphasis on contract and real property disputes. Connie has also been heavily involved in litigation involving actions against municipalities. In addition to her mediation, arbitration and trial experience, she has prepared appellate briefs for cases before the Washington Court of Appeals, Washington Supreme Court, Louisiana Court of Appeals, Louisiana Supreme Court, Mississippi Court of Appeals, Mississippi Supreme Court, U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the
U.S. Supreme Court.
Along with her litigation work, Connie has experience in individual and corporate transactional work, including preparation of contracts, real estate leases,
and purchase and sale agreements.
